専門スタッフがご自宅へ伺い、その場で査定します。点数が多い、大型品がある、遺品整理・生前整理をまとめて進めたい —— そんなときに最適です。出張費・査定料・キャンセル料はいただきません。女性スタッフの指名も可能です。A specialist comes to your home and appraises on the spot — best for large volumes, bulky items, or estate organising. No travel, appraisal or cancellation fees. Female staff can be requested.
買い取った品は、自社EC・国内外オークション・業者間市場（BtoB卸）など複数の販路へ届けます。一点ごとに相場データと需要を照らし合わせ、最も高く届く出口を選択。この「出口の最適化」が、買取価格の還元率を支えています。Acquired items reach multiple channels — our own EC, domestic and overseas auctions, and B2B trade markets. Each item is matched against price data and demand to pick the highest-reaching exit; this optimisation is what backs our buyback return rate.

※ 古物営業法に基づき、ご本人確認書類が必要です。A photo ID is required under the Secondhand Dealer Act.

出張査定は東京・神奈川・千葉・埼玉・茨城の1都4県。イベント買取は各地の提携モール・郵便局。エリア外は宅配買取で全国対応します。In-home: Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, Ibaraki. Events: partner malls and post offices. Elsewhere: nationwide mail-in.
原則その場で現金にてお支払いします。高額な場合や振込希望の場合は翌営業日までにお振り込みします。Cash on the spot as a rule; large amounts or transfers arrive by the next business day.
無理な引き取りはしません。ご希望があれば処分先のご案内のみ行います。We don't force a takeaway. On request we simply point you to disposal options.
