この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、GROW LOG株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供するウェブサイトおよび買取関連サービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用の方（以下「利用者」）は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
※ 本ページはリニューアル提案用のサンプル文面です。実運用時は貴社の実態・顧問弁護士の確認のうえ確定します。These Terms govern use of the website and buyback-related services provided by GROW LOG Inc. Users are deemed to have accepted these Terms. This page is sample text for a renewal proposal; final wording is to be confirmed with your legal counsel.

第1条（適用）1. Scope

本規約は、本サービスの利用に関する当社と利用者との間の一切の関係に適用されます。当社が別途定める個別規定・注意事項は本規約の一部を構成します。These Terms apply to all relations between the Company and users regarding the Service. Any separate rules or notices form part of these Terms.

第2条（買取の申込みと成立）2. Buyback application and formation

1. 利用者は、フォーム・電話・イベント会場等の当社所定の方法で買取査定を申し込むものとします。Users apply for appraisal via forms, phone, event venues, or other methods designated by the Company.
2. 買取契約は、当社の査定額提示に対して利用者が承諾した時点で成立します。査定額に同意しない場合、利用者はいつでも申込みを撤回できます。A buyback contract is formed when the user accepts the Company's quoted amount. Users may withdraw at any time before acceptance.
3. 古物営業法に基づき、買取時にご本人確認書類の提示および記録へのご協力をお願いします。ご協力いただけない場合、買取をお断りすることがあります。Under the Secondhand Dealer Act, users must present a photo ID and permit recording at buyback. The Company may decline otherwise.

第3条（対象外となる物品）3. Ineligible items

法令に違反する物品、盗品その他不正に取得された疑いのある物品、権利者の許諾のない複製品、その他当社が不適切と判断する物品は買取の対象外とします。Items that violate laws, are suspected stolen or unlawfully obtained, are unauthorised copies, or are otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Company are ineligible.

第4条（クーリング・オフ等）4. Cooling-off

訪問購入に該当する取引については、特定商取引法に基づくクーリング・オフ制度が適用されます。詳細は契約書面に記載し、書面交付時にご説明します。For transactions constituting "visit purchases," the cooling-off system under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions applies; details are provided in the written contract.

第5条（禁止事項）5. Prohibited conduct

• 虚偽の情報の提供、なりすまし、第三者の権利侵害Providing false information, impersonation, infringing third-party rights
• 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為、不正アクセスInterfering with the Service, unauthorised access
• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為Acts against laws or public order and morals

第6条（免責事項）6. Disclaimer

当社は、本サイトに掲載する情報の正確性に努めますが、その完全性を保証するものではありません。本サイトの利用により生じた損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。The Company strives for accuracy but does not guarantee completeness. Except in cases of the Company's intent or gross negligence, it is not liable for damages arising from use of the site.

第7条（規約の変更）7. Changes

当社は、必要と判断した場合、利用者への事前告知のうえ本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は本サイトへの掲載をもって効力を生じます。The Company may amend these Terms with prior notice. Amended Terms take effect upon posting on the site.

第8条（準拠法・管轄）8. Governing law

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
